Earlier this year we expanded our factory floor space by an additional 30,000 square feet, by purchasing an adjacent property. This is an increase of 130 per cent on our original building. This has enabled us to offer many more additional opportunities on existing and new work. Distribution and storage are vital facilities to most of our customers. We are also now in a position to offer a complete package, all under one roof and not just Injection Moulding Services.
So basically, our customers can now place an order and we will manufacture, assemble, pack, store and distribute. Distribution of one product to distributing tens of thousands of products. We can send to multiple destinations in the UK and Worldwide.
For example, we have a new customer who requires a product manufactured, which involves 6 mouldings. These mouldings then need to be assembled and packaged and palletised. We then transfer these pallets to our warehouse for storage and distribution, as per our customer’s instructions.
The feedback has proved to be very positive from manufacture to the end user.
We have found that due to more space being available within the company, we can be even more flexible and provide additional services to customers old and new.
